Essential oils have fantastic therapeutic properties that can target problem areas - whether it be mental or physical fatigue, worry, stress, grief, fear, sore muscles, menstrual problems, insomnia or any other cause for discomfort.
dead sea mud wrap (60 mins $60; 90 mins $90)
Jam-packed with minerals and nutrients to assist in removing toxins and impurities and renourish the skin.. After a gentle skin exfoliation to rid dead cells and open the pores, the warm mud is applied. Followed by Swedish back massage. Ahh...
reflexology (30 mins $30; 60 mins $50)
This ancient practice (also known as zone therapy) promotes relaxation, improves circulation, reduces pain, soothes tired feet, and encourages overall healing and balance.
hot stone therapy ( 60 mins $60; 90 mins $80)
Using heated volcanic basalt stones to relieve deep tension and release of toxins. The warmth allows for complete relaxation resulting in increased blood flow and faster healing. Perfect for an end-of-year wind down indulgence!

Cancellation Policy
Obviously things crop up that make it not possible to come to your appointment so it would be appreciated if you contact me as soon as possible so we can reschedule a more suitable time.
Gift Policy
All gift certificates are valid for two months from date of issue however if you contact me within a reasonable time I am happy to extend the validity.
Preparing for your appointment
To allow your treatment to be of maximum benefit, it is preferable to avoid eating a heavy meal for an hour or so prior. For obvious health reasons no client with contagious diseases or under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be treated.
